Topic subscription doesn’t work and it never did, IIRC.
Why is that?

Intel i7-3770, MSI GTX1070 8GB, Asus P8H61 Pro, 16GB DDR3 @1600 MHz,

Same reason why the search function doesn’t work I assume – ArenaNet hired a third party to cover the creation of the forums and I think that company is no longer around.

Probably the same reason forum search never worked either. The forum is pretty low in the priority list.
