Torment seems to be last in line for cleansing, unlike it’s brother bleed damage which has high priority.

I think condition removal order is based on the order in which they were applied, but I forget which way it goes.

I don’t believe this to be true, at least not with torment. It always gets cleansed last, every single time. I cannot get it to cleanse until it is the very last condition left on me.
