hey, just today i thought i would try runes of torment on my Mesmer. The runes apply 45% more torment duration, however, my illusionary counter skill, does not increase past 14 and a half seconds. In fact, the 14.5 seconds is the result of the food buffs im using (40% condi duration) and my weapon stats (10% condi duration in each hand). The torment runes dont seem to apply any addition torment duration whatsoever. No idea if this is a bug for any other class or just mes. replaced traveller runes with these runes, so as you can imagine iv blown a fair amount of cash here (didn’t want to salvage arah Armour) and am a bit put out that it was all for nothing. Would appreciate feed back. Thxs

EDIT: Update, I just added a sigil of torment to my weapons, and i’v discovered that the runes do effect the duration of the torment given through that sigil, but still have no effect on the torment given through a mesmer scepter 2 attack.

As seen in the above link, my build should deal 18 seconds of torment on the number 2 scepter. However, In game, I am only able to apply 14 and a half seconds.

It would appear that these runes work with every other class, and skill including mesmers. It would seem that the number 2 on the scepter is the only skill that remains un-affected by the torment duration buff.

Same here made my own post for the Problem cause I didnt saw this.

My Problem:

[Rune of Tormenting] is not working correctly.

The torment duration 15% enhancment for the bonusses (2,4,6) are not applied to the torment duration for example [Tainted Shackles] (remains 10s).

Tested it with [Rune of the Mad King] the 10% Duration enhancement applies to [Tainted Shackles] (10s+1s = 11s)

Looking Forward for a bugfix and player confirmation.
