Hello!

Whenever I create a clone underwater with my Tormented Trident equiped, they don’t have any weapon in hand (see Screenshot attached).

I’ve contacted support (with a screenshot attached to my ticket) around the time when the Tormented set came out, but they haven’t responded in any way.
As the bug is still in the game, I’ve tried to contact support again a few weeks ago. There is still no reply from them.

I hope this bug is getting addressed soon, as I’ve spend many gems for a black lion ticket to get this skin, and would love to see my clones properly with weapon in hand.

When you say you have contacted the CS Team, did you use the webform accessed at the top of this page? If so, you can post your ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review’ over in the Account Issues sub-forum, and someone will respond.
