I bought and used a Total Makeover Kit for my sylvari because in the original character creation, it didn’t quite come out looking the way I anticipated.

The character I ended up with in the game does not look much like the finished product I thought I had created.

The game reset my character’s physique, although I did not select a new one. (she now has the physique of a barely pubescent boy…and even looks like she has a beard)

My character’s eyes are a completely different color than I selected. I chose a shade of purple, they are pinkish red in game)

The glow did not work at all.

The facial structure does not match the choices what was appearing on my screen.

My character also appears a bit different in game than she does on the HERO screen…

My character now looks MUCH worse than she did to begin with.

Wile making the changes to my character, the game countdown to kick started..I was in Lion’s Arch and not inactive for too long…but since I had just paid for this feature, I wanted to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it.

Lastly, I submitted a ticket ingame…with a screenshot, and it doesn’t even show up on my account.!
