Q:

For some unknown reason when I try to use a total makeover kit it causes my GW2 client to crash.

Everything just freezes upon use. I have to reset my computer and start over.

Is this a known issue?

UPDATE:

The kit refuses to work properly on Windows 7 64bit. However will work fine on Mac OSX 64bit.

Have you tried a -repair of the client? You may have a corrupted file.

Yes I have and it didn’t fix the issue.
