Guild Wars 2

I got a Total Makeover Kit from a Black Lion Chest and only tested the new hairstyles then clicked cancel.
My character still looks the same and the kit was put inside my bank but when I logged in the other day my Kit was gone? Is this a patching problem?

Want to change my Guardian and was so happy to get the total makeover kit from a chest.

Checked all my charcters not much to do i guess

sometimes I lose things in my bank and it’s simply in a slot I didn’t think I put it in (lost in the mass of stuff in my bank). Have you tried using the search function on your bank to make sure it isn’t just in a different spot than you think it might be?

If it isn’t then I would contact support and tell them what happened, they might be able to replace it for you.
