Already found out that the shop in W1,Z2 Near the swamp (where the shopkeeper tells you that the water s impure.
Once inside the shop didnt trigger the 5/11

Leaving me with 10/11 when finished Z3s shops.

Seconded. Did World 1 from start to finish 3 times before I gave up. The shop in W1 Zone 2 with the shopkeeper standing outside is definately not updating the progression of the track for me.

Same, I am at 10/11. I got the 2 shops in world 1, 2 shops in world 2 (did not get credit for the free candle shop), and 6 shops in world 3.

Same. I am at 10/11; didn’t get credit for the Candle shop.

Same here stuck at 10/11. Not even sure the last honeycomb is doable either.

Yes it was fixed.
The problem was the store in World 1-zone 2 (the one with the candle next to the death water) was not counting.

It’s still not counting..

It is counting for me. btw he’s talking about the shop inside the shop. When you’re in the shop behind the green waterfall you need to use a torch and bomb inside to unlock the next secret room. The room sells 3 bubbles.

No I have done everything twice now, not counting. Still at 10/11.
