ok i have won more than 10 tournaments match with my guild , all my team got there reward chests from the tournaments expect me . WHY ???
i have stopped doing tournaments because its just a waste of time , no reward chest and no 200 rank points from winning …

i have noticed this after i transfered between regions , i was in NA Server and i moved to EU server .
DON’T tell me go and email support about this bug because i have emailed them 3 emails for a week ago and they did not replayed me yet,

can i get a dev to help me with this Bug PLEASE!!

yeah 7 months and they did not fix it ……….
