Yep, same issue right here.

same problem. I can’t find any town clothes my characters were wearing.

Same, and I had several cash shop outfits so I’m very much not happy/worried about this.
I’ve seen mention of a vendor in world chat but no details.

Same here on the problem. I just recently bought the cook’s outfit like a week ago and now it’s gone.

Missing any equipped social clothing as far as I can see.

Someone told me to get to the Black Lion Trader [Armorsmith], and so I did and I got all the town clothes I had on that character. They are pretty useless now, as they are just tonics, and you can’t mix them up from what I can tell. I was hoping to mix up some town clothes with armor — only certain pieces that were standalone seems to be able to do that. Other pieces like the rider khakis consider themselves a set, and becomes a tonic.

I’m missing my mad king thorn outfit. It’s not in bank, not in hero pane either.

Same here. I had 4 cash shop outfits, one on each of four characters and none of them are available.

Mad King’s Outfit missing

You need to change your clothing into the new one by visiting one of those NPCs near the ones that normaly trade tickets for weapon skins near the BLC Traders.
They will automaticly detect your equipped stuff. Then they give you the new versions.
As an example:

Black Lion Trader [Armorsmith] second option iirc. They gave me most of town clothes as tonics. Unless it’s bugged for you.

Worked for me, gave me 4 mad king outfits, though the scepter now seems to be separate, you have to use it from inventory to get the mad king’s skills.

Yeah, I went to the Black Lion Armor guy and it gave them back to me, one for each of the outfits I had on each character that had them. I admit it is somewhat annoying that now I need an extra slot for the toy.
