listing fee is charging 10%of selling price but
the figure shown for the listing fee is lower than the actual amount it is costing to list

this seems to be happening with all the items

also the item price shown in the “top traded items” does not match with the actual price that it is getting sold / demanded price

Listing fee is 5% of the listing price.
Sales fee after the item sells is 10%.

Yeah, top traded items has been stuck for several months at the values for the items that they were at several months ago. I think they stopped getting updated back about the time that the Item Preview feature was implemented.
