Trading Post broken (sell, buy, gems)
Ghhhha I’ve had this problem since yesterday and /bugged it. Still nothing.
Same problem (Piken Square server).
Blank window when I open the Black Lion Trade.
I tried the -repair option, I tried restarting my computer, I tried disabling my firewall.
Blank window.
I tried other characters. I tried different zones.
Blank window.
Same problem here.
When trying to sell things i get a blank section on the right side and when trying to buy items i get the error message that says It’s my firewall and it’s obviously not that because i have made no software changes at all.
I have not been able to sell or buy things for over 4 days now. Please try to resolve this so people can actually make some money.
It worked for me again after -repair, might be a coincidence.
How do you do “repair”?
How do you do “repair”?
Go into the folder where you installed Guild Wars 2 and make a new shortcut to gw2.exe (you can move the shortcut to desktop or you can rightclick gw2.exe to desktop and chose “Make new shortcut..”
Now rightclick the shortcut you just made and chose options (I think it’s options, my windows is not english.. anyway it’s the very bottom one on the list).
Now add -repair to the end of the text in the box.. so the end of the text looks something like this \Gw2.exe" -repair
Click ok.. run the game from the new shortcut… and wait..
Note to Anet: Maybe it would be an idea to add a checkbox to the launcher, so people could just click that to do a repair?

The “Sell Your Stuff” page remains empty, regardless if opened via TP menu (O) or when right-clicking an inventory item and select sell at trading post.
I have sell-able items in my inventory.
The buy button is also disabled.
Gem changing doesn’t work. My Gems are not shown in the TP window.Tried closing and re-opening it, still don’t work.
your most probly using a bag that prevents selling of items… try moving them to your backpack..
You can’t sell any items no matter which bag it’s in. You also can’t buy anything as the screen won’t load, and you can’t see what you have already put on the market. It’s been several days now.
Note to any developers that might read this.
I also tried deleting the cache. Didn’t help.
Resolved for me.
Don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but.. here is what I did.
After reading about problems with other webrelated stuff and this..
I went into the settings for my network card and disabled WinpkFilter.
When I had this issue (periodically for the last few months) I just reboot my pc and it seems to fix it… very odd.
