Guild Wars 2

Last night when I went to buy a longbow in the trading post,
I clicked buy and nothing happened not even money was taken from me.
And I tried again and still nothing.
Then the trading post got taken down.

This morning I checked the trading post and it said i had bought 3 of the same longbows which charged me quiet a bit.
I was wondering if I could get a refund for just 2 of the longbows if that’s possible?

I had something similar happen to me.

I had a bunch of orders made, and needed some cash. Since I didn’t seem to be getting anything from those orders I cancelled most of them(2-5g worth of stuff, don’t remember how much exactly). When I went to pick up the cash it simply wasn’t there.
