Ok I have been on for 3 days and I am unable to sell any item at the trading post I am really getting quite tired of this as an issue and would like to have it fixed.

You should contact Support. Trading Post works fine for most people most of the time. There are some common issues that are addressed in stickies in the tech support forum, the short version of which is:

• Run the game as an admin.
• Clear out your GW2 cache.
• Make sure your anti-malware isn’t blocking the software that runs the TP, awesomium.exe.
  (Instructions are, as noted, in the tech support forums.)

Support is really good about working with players to resolve this type of issue, so I’m sure they’ll have your sorted out quickly.
