I recently purchased 2000 gems to upgrade my account to the digital deluxe. It says that my account will be upgraded and I will receive the tomb of influence, Glory booster etc upon logging out.
I logged out and back in and still no change what so ever. My mail was 0/10 messages so no problem with a delay there. I logged out again and stopped playing the game for 3 hours and came back and still no items or upgraded account.
I’m going to keep checking but if it does not process and I don’t get my items will I get a refund or will Anet just have pocketed my money used to buy the gems without giving me what I paid for ?
Any assistance would be appreciated
