Ok this is beyond ridiculous. I am leveling a warrior. They are lvl 25. As part of my absolutely standard behavior, when my bags are full, I go back to the trading post and sell everything in my bags.

That is absolutely normal for me.

I am sure it is absolutely normal for everyone else too.

Yet, after selling a few items, I constantly run into “Error Attemping to sell”. Clearly, it’s deliberate due to some code in the game, because I never get the error until I have already sold a bunch of items.

Whatever reason there is for doing this, the real effect is to annoy people just playing the game normally.

Fix it and fix it now.

I personally vendor almost everything but greens that make profit and have never had this issue. But I’ve never had more than 1.5 screens of items for sale at one time.

I certainly don’t sell everything through the Trading Post as many things are listed for less than Vendor price. Most things, actually. Just a few things will sell for more than Vendor price. Rares, some mats, loot bags, the occasional green or blue, etc. Nor do I regularly travel to the Trading Post unless I am picking up gold or items. I just use ‘O’. =)

I do know there is a limit on number of items listed to sell at one time, due to efforts to curb Goldseller activities. There are some threads in BLTC forum.

I doubt it’s bug. I buy and sell items in 10’s thousands. It looks to me like kind of spam filter. If you will sell something and wait about 5-10 seconds and then sell again you can keep selling without this error.
