Hi there, I’d put up a buy order of 500pcs gold ore @ 47c just less than 1 hour ago, and I cancelled the buy order to get my refund, I went to the BLTC agent to pick it up, the coins aren’t available. At first I thought it was my own confusion because there’s so many items I bought and sold that I’ve lose track of any of the transaction, then I tried to cancelling my buy orders of 20 Choco Omnomberry cream which I listed @ 3s+ each, and I went to check the trading post with the same problems. Where did my coins went?
I’m sorry I do not have any screenshot available. I was in the Lion’s Arch BLTC agent. I’m not sure if these info helps.
EDIT 1: Since this post, I’ve sold a few hundred masterworks armor, no coins for me to pickup. I know the picture cannot explain what I’m experiencing through, but what’s happening right now is that I’ve sold all these armor but I did not get my coins.
