Guild Wars 2

I have went to buy items from the trading post with my coins and the buy button doesn’t work. Doesn’t light up at all. Tried to use make an offer as a work around but the offer button isn’t working as well. Sent screen shot ingame to gm. Hopefully this issue gets solved. Also all items in the trading post are showing up as needing lvl 0 to use them. Didn’t notice it when I sent my original report in game.

Anyone else having these issues?

I am having this exact problem so you are not alone. My friends can buy and sell things but I can’t buy or sell things. I am yet to buy a single thing on the trading post because the buy button isn’t working for me.

I thought I was just a idiot and doing something wrong but I am pretty sure this is a glitch or something guild wars is doing for a reason. Either way I sent a suppourt report showing and would love to know if guildwars is addressing this or is doing it for economic reasons.

in the official trading post bugs topic, a mod said they are currently working on a solution for this exact problem. There work around is to delete the local.dat file from the your documents/guilwars2 folder on the pc. Ths didn’t work for me however.

What I have had to do (without router port settings adjustments) is exit the game client, open your default internet browser and have it on a blank page (default:blank in the address bar will work) in the background as you start the game client again. Get logged in and hit your Trading Post key (default O) and ALLOW IT TO LOAD ALL THE WAY BEFORE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER SECTION OF THE TRADING POST! It works for me, I can only hope it works for you.
