Guild Wars 2

So I recently got a new computer, so I downloaded guild wars 2 again and everything is now working fine. But for some reason the trading post won’t load. It’s just a golden ring spinning and spinning forever. A error sometimes pops up saying: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. But my wifi is all good. It’s not just the trading post. But the gem store and currency exchange aswell. Is there a way to fix this? And I don’t know anything about computers.

Side note: The trading post has been broken for about 2 months. I’ve had to use vendors to sell things. I MAKE NO GOLD. Help its urgent.

Contact support by following the links above and create a ticket. The Trading Post works for nearly every nearly all of the time, so whatever is going on is specific to your machine. There are some troubleshooting steps you can take on your own in the meantime:

• Clear out the cache (which means deleting a specific folder — instructions in the Account & Technical Support forum in a sticky).
• Recreate the local.dat file (instructions are also linked from that forum’s stickies).
