Noticed with trying to buy traits from any guardian trainer from everywhere other than Divinity’s Reach, that they always say “you need more experience” even though my guardian is level 69. Anybody else having that problem with characters created after the trait skill system change?

Only those Trainers in the lowest level area of the Starting zones. Yes, it has been brought to attention in the past. =)
