Only shows the traits you’ve unlocked.
Does not show any ‘locked’ traits. Therefore, cannot purchase any ‘locked’ traits.
Defeats the purpose of being a Vendor.

Am having the same problem. Can anyone confirm this IS a bug and is not working as intended? If that is the case, it is working as intended, that is a huge turn-off :l

I noticed this too, i tried both the pve vendors an the pvp ones, Both only show what u have already unlocked.

Same problem here, any idea?

I am sure that’s not intended, it’d be a huge turn off for any alt-holics.
