Something that has been annoying me for quite a while now.
There is one pretty garbage exception to the continuum-split-resets-cooldowns thing. The 5s cooldown of Inspiring Distortion, the trait you use to share distortion to team members does not reset with CS.
In the video you see me sharing some quickness in CS with Signet of inspiration at 10s, which shares distortion to team members. After exiting I’m still in the mindset of having all my cooldowns back to the state they were before but as you can see later the signet distortion is not shared with allies.
Since other trait cooldowns like Illusionary Inspiration do reset on CS, I can only assume that this is a bug. At least I can say I reported it now when I fail due to this feature the next time…
