Traits Zero'd Only 14/70 Now
I used your free transmutation item today as well as a transmutation crystal. Both items “used” but the transmutation screen never appeared.

The new trait system only uses 14 trait points – each of the new points is equivalent to five of the old points.
Also, the transmutation system has been merged with the wardrobe system – using the transmutation items gives you Transmutation Charges, which you can then use in the Wardrobe to reskin your gear.

Apparently there were enough people doing that the devs decided to change it to the current system with only 14 points. It’s one of the reasons.
