As the title says. Anyone who transfered from NA to EU server during this season, didnt receive any reward chest even if he completed meta achievement and has his key. Thanks for looking into this.

Yeah same problem here.

Also me But mid season from us to another us server and did achivments also got key … guested old server reloged went wvw area lions arch reloged again blinked with eyelashes …. did all possible things …. For all this time we wasted on making it should be some solution…. It was no any warning if u move in mid season u dont get a chest …

Same. My guild transferred from Crystal Desert to Far Shiverpeaks(EU), we all got our keys, but no chest.

Same her changed from EU to US Server have the key but no chest

Yeah same problem i transferred from EU to NA like 2 weeks into the seasons, i have done the meta achievment and everything got the key, but no chest.

Where did you get the information. I didn’t get the chest also .

Same here, transferred about week 6 to a EU server and did not receive my chest.

Always contact support if you want ANet to do something for you specifically. Post on the forums if you want to call ANet’s attention to a general problem. Often, it makes sense to do both.
