I recently joint a new friend in his personal story. I have already done mine with the orders of whisper and i believe I did the skritt race story as well. He chose the vigil. While doing the skritt stories, Tybalt appeared with Forgal in the respective stories. Thereafter, his story became that of order of whispers (suspicious activity) instead of vigil.
