It seems to happen whenever there are massive groups around me for the Portal Invasions. Only happens when leaving the transformation.

I am now also experiencing this bug. It’s happened while transforming at the beginning and end of Guild Rushes and while doing Temple of Melandru when you get transformed into lizards.
