long story as short as I can make it… I messed up while using a transmutation stone,, I used it on my Orrian Helm, and an Invader Helm (wanted invader stats,, wanted Orrian skin) I was rushing I guess cuzz I spent a long time finally getting my Guardian (alt) to 80 and had a specific look for him.. soo my Orrian Helm got transmuted over with the Invader skin… so I bought a transmutation splitter, well… transmutation splitters do NOT work on dungeon armor? when I place the item into the splitter it shows me only getting back my Orrian Rune and the Invader skin, this is wrong… since I never transmuted the Orrian Helm prior to this one time.. I have also heard of people trying to get back their special weapon skins IE- Jade Dragon, Aetherblade skins with transmutation splitter and they also do not work. I know these only work on items that have only been transmuted ONCE. and these are the instances I am talking about.

on another note- I would like to add that I have spent easily between $500-$1000 on gems since launch, and I contacted support about this and they are basically slamming the door in my face… they refuse to replace my orrian helm (which is their choice.. ive got a friend get an ascended item mailed to them due to a similar mistake) and they refuse to give me my 300 gems back that I spent on the bugged/non-working splitter.. which I have not even used.. its sitting in my inventory.

-I suggest not buying these atm for dungeon or special weapon skin splitting… they do not work.

hope someone can help/resolve this for me and everyone else having this issue.
