Guild Wars 2

Pretty simple, logged in after patching, went to convert my stones I’ve been saving up ever since I started playing GW2 and… no stones. Not in any inventory, not in my bank, they’re just GONE.

There was one stone on a character that I earned last night, but the main stack that should have been in my bank is missing.

I’m not sure where to go with this, the Support tab is pretty useless.

Happened to me as well. I only have 5 charges in my inventory (checked other characters), and the 2 crystals and about 30 transmutation stones I “converted” disappeared. The 5 were the free ones I received from the TP.[/s]

They’re in my wallet! Check your currency tab.

:< I did! Only those 5 charges after I added them, unfortunately. I didn’t convert any at all, they were gone when I logged in.

I converted mine and they disappeared from my inventory as well → I had 3 crystals and 3 stones to convert to 4 charges, now nothing.

My issue is fixed, they are in the wallet! Sorry Zel, I hope you figure it out

I had a few transmutation crystals that went missing. I can’t find them in the bank, my inventory, and it certainly doesn’t seem as if they’ve been converted.

They were missing from when I logged in- I did not convert them or anything.
