Guild Wars 2

I have been trying to transmute items for a couple of days. I cannot transmute my HOM stuff (which up until yesterday worked fine), I also can’t transmute regular items. I have the items in the bag, I click on the stone, I move both items (greatswords) into the window, the item transmutation stays grayed out. With my HOM stuff, the item transmutation window comes on saying it’s good, but it doesn’t transmute the item.

I believe HoM stuff can no longer be transmuted, but don’t take my word for it.

Are any of the items damaged? That seemed to be the cause for a guild mate of mine.

I got the transmutation stone to finally work by moving everything from the 3rd bag to the first. That seems kind of odd that it only works out of one the first bag.

Huh. Was the third bag a specific kind or just a normal bag?

this solution worked for me too. putting both items in the starter back back (1st bag) then trying the transmute
