Transmuted my helm and instead it combined the two into a rather awesome combination, but it is bugged either way. Hope that helps!

I had this happen to me a looooong time ago.

Transmuted one headpiece onto another headpiece that I was already wearing.

Just a small graphical error that corrects itself the next time you render your headpiece.

Though it did look cool.

The armor pieces i used were “Zho’s Mask” and “Mask of the Nightguard”
