A small graphic glitch which can show the history of your transmuted crafted gear: the icon shown at the vendor window is the pre-transmute icon.
In the image, I have 3 exotic crafted weapons: the sword, the staff, and the greatsword. The staff shows the correct skin, I did not transmute it. The sword and greatsword show their pearly beginnings instead of the current icon. The hero panel shows the correct icon.
Again, this is a very small glitch, affecting the icon in the vendor window of a thing I wouldn’t sell (or else why transmute it right?).
