Tri-key chest giving NO items.
Upon using the tri-color key on the chest I did not receive any of the random generated items that the chest is supposed to give out. These keys are difficult to come by and rather time consuming. Please reimburse me with another key and look into what is causing this error and fix it.
This happened at 9:44 am mountain time / 8:44 am pacific time on dec 9th 2013 on my character Katrina Hexmistress
Posting a bug in the forums will not generate items sent/returned to you. Contacting CS may or may not resolve the issue. Good luck. =)
