Add this to your massive laundry list of quest/achievement/collection bugs. When the Abomination dies during the Amber escort phase, the cloud he leaves behind does not grant the achievement. I’ve heard everything from he doesn’t grant it if he is CC’d or if you kill him too fast. Either way it shouldn’t operate this way.
