I recently sent 4g to my friend’s character and 4g to my friend’s other character. He did not receive either of the mail. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it? Should I contact support?

Is his mail box full? You can only have 10 mail at a time.

Most likely mailbox full. You can only have 10 mails from the gem store or other players show at a time, but you will not get the “mailbox is full” message if you still have in-game mails from playing or from the gem store. Tell him to delete some of his in-game mails and player mails.

FYI, gold spammers like to hit the mailboxes of the unsuspecting. ;p

Same mailbox is shared between all characters. Well they are shared for player to player mail anyway.

Player/gemstore mails get stored in account space. You can have only 10 across characters. Tell him to delete the old mails.
