I have a Light TA armor set on my Human Mesmer and after the Items patch the glow is gone. I recall the TA armor glow bugging out like this in the past. I tried re-equipping and re-dying the set but I still don’t see the glow.
The glow was most noticeable from the back. The part of the shoulder armor that goes on the back of the neck glowed. The ‘dots’ on the chest piece that goes down the arms and the lining on the back used to glow as well. The front part of the skirt also had some parts that glowed.
