Currently, the event in Malchor’s Leap (Bauxite Alchemicals meta chain) is bugged. The 4 Whispers Agents in the event “Escort the elite Whispers strike team to the secret Inquest base entrance” are idly standing by, and have been since at least 1900 on 24 February, 2016.

Please assist in any way possible, as this is the last step I need for this collection!

Looks like you are missing one of the escort team. Swim back toward the last branch in the hallway and look to your south (minimap). When I did this there was an enemy trapped in the wall and the npc had a pathing issue that also had him stuck in the same wall. Eventually I was able to kill the baddy via ranged condi and the npc pathing eventually sorted itself out allowing me to finish the event.
