Utility skill select arrow behavior is reversed: arrow that you use to change utility skills pops up while in combat (Always), but does not actually change said skill slot when a skill is selected. These arrows are hidden when out of combat (this part is intermittent). Tested this behavior on my elementalist, guardian, and ranger in dungeons. Guildies and many Others have confirmed this behavior.

I dont notice the “no arrow when out of combat.”

But I can confirm the “arrow when still in combat”. The skill select arrows appear when still in combat. It makes me think i’m out of combat but i’m still in (cannot waypoint and health doesnt recover).

Indeed – looks like a number of folks reporting it. Some discussion in the “In Combat bug” thread in this forum. I’m really hoping this one gets fixed quickly.
