For those of you that do not know, the “Box of Berserker’s Draconic Armor” (Exotic Colored) is currently giving out a full set of “Berserker’s Gladiator” Armor. After researching it, the crafters of these items have to put in the materials that would yield the 80 Rare set, but are getting the Exotic box and Exotic name instead of the Rare Box name. The crafters are FULLY aware that these items are not working as intended, and that people are buying them thinking they are getting a decent deal on a set, when actually they’re getting scammed for 6-15g. For most of the gamers playing, that is a TON of lost time and possibly money that they will not see again.

I understand bugs and errors will always be present in games. But you’ve known about this issue for MORE than an ample amount of time in order to at least get a temporary fix in to stop further people from getting scammed. Every time I log in and still see those boxes for sale on the TP, when really all you have to do is temporarily remove the item from the game or something similar to keep people from getting absolutely screwed. I’ve played this game for over 125 hours, shelled out the extra cash to buy the deluxe version, buy your gems, etc.

I’ve supported this game way before it launched. The responses people have been given in regards to this matter are just plain unacceptable. I understand you have a lot on your plate, but something that is causing this much ill-feeling towards your game is something you need to prioritize. When you put 125 hours into something, then still have to bum a few gold off your friends because you see a good deal on the TP, move in on it, and get garbage instead… it doesn’t feel good at all. On top of it all, your process for putting in a ticket for customer support is terrible, but that’s another topic.

You’ve done SO much right so far, but regardless of what you may think, this is a huge deal. The responses you’ve sent to these fans that are obviously upset, are inadequate. The amount of time this issue has gone unresolved, or without a temporary fix is a blatant slap in the face to those that have put so much effort into your product.

Fix it.

+1, I spent 15g to get one of those boxes so I could get my exotic set(draconic), but when I opened the box I received a rare set(gladiator), and the description of the box says draconic not gladiator. Hoping for a refund or atleast a box that works properly.
