Guild Wars 2

Hi this is my first time posting on the Gw2 fourms so i apologize if i’ve misplaced this but on all of my characters/anyone playing gw2 on my computer none of my keys work+double clicking

it started when i had to factory reset my computer due to a windows10 corruption issue

I can left click once (ie: i hear the sound effect) but trying to double click something twice i get no results and trying to wasd my movement or arrowkeys i sometimes get movements i sometimes dont?? i’ve submitted a bug report on my characters.

the only thing that seems to “fix” said issue is a uninstall+reinstall but the issue persists i genuinely dont know how to fix this and its hampering my ability to play : (

update: i alt tabbed and it fixed its self. attempted to log out and log back in issue reappeared

Maybe repair the client and for the f11 setting try setting everything to default?

Yay Ruindows 10 :P (bad joke, I know) Joke aside, by chance do you have anything that could intercept keystrokes or some software that could be registering keystrokes? I can’t name one but it’s usually something that people asks in cases like this. (ShadowPlay comes to mind but not sure if it could interfere)

Another thing I could suggest is repairing the game, but since you say that reinstalling doesn’t help, a repair might not help either.

Also, is it an (yay profanity filter kicked in here) USB keyboard and mouse? Or wireless? Maybe it’s having troubles communicating with your comp.
