I just found a Farshiver Peaks ranger running around with the boon “determined” he could not take any damage, and it had an unlimited timer, i have a screenshot downbelow.
Report this ASAP as i do not want to deal with people being immune to everything.

When you die in wvw and come back I’m pretty sure you get this boon for a little bit. I don’t wvw much so maybe a pvper can clarify better.

The guy is “exploiting” the areas of the citadel. If he moves a bit further away from it, it will be gone.

But to be honest, the boundaries of the citadel aren’t really well in phase with what we see of them.

Lol, this has been around forever. He is standing on top of the ledge near his base, which is still in range for the buff. Yeah, they should fix that, but ‘URGENT’ is a little overhyped.
