Ulgoth map bugged
Would you mind resetting the Ulgoth map? The event starts but doesn’t fully trigger so he sits there invunerable. It’s been a week.
The map has been reset at least three times in the week prior to your post. There have been patches on Tuesday (two) & Wednesday.
It looks as if this might be a new bug introduced 2 weeks ago. According to the Curated Issue Tracker

However, there was no mention in the patch notes of that date
tl;dr ANet should look at the entirety of the chain leading up to and through Ulgoth’s appearance.
