New Prime Bug.
Phase 2 (Red/Green/Blue Holos)
You have to kill the large holos that then split into smaller ones. On FA main, we killed the green and the minis, the red and the minis, and then when we killed blue no minis appeared. The fight went straight to Phase 3. The ultraviolet holo minis dying near the main one would not damage it and the huge AoE buff they lower was out of sync.
I was on this server as too.
This is a bit different from the other bugs so I hope this gets addressed as well.
