Hello, I cannot send mail to my friend normally who has the account name and character name identical to each other. The message ‘Unable to find recipient appears’, and I found a solution to this by making her send me mail and then replying to that message.
I can not send mail to a friend of mine. Seems like the same issue. Character names and account share the same root.
I have come up with this same error. The login ID is name.#### and character names is name, less the .####. Both mails come up with an error ‘unable to find recipient’. A respond to email to the player results in mail being sent….
If you have them in contacts (friends), can you right-click on them and choose “Send Mail”?
