Guild Wars 2

After many attempts both solo and in a group, I am unable to complete the Forging the Pact storyline instance on my character named Silvur Hammur. When the final boss is at about 1/3 health, the game crashes to the character select screen and I get this message “The game client list its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again. (Code=7:11:3:189:101)”

Same. I’ve actually beaten the final boss, but every time, after the cut scene with Trahearne once I do, it kicks me out and says the game client lost it’s connection. I’ve completed this quest three times already, and I keep getting kicked and unable to progress.
