Trying to Join SoloQ and I keep receiving a message telling me GW2 has been updated, please relaunch. Have done it, I’m all patched up. What gives?

I have the same trouble.
And now i cant enter on pvp room. When i click to join now, this appear.
“The world are you attempt to enter is full. Please try to have your party member join in your world. Code=33:53:3:651:101”
