Guild Wars 2

Hello, I’ve gotten an issue where i’m stuck in my personal story. I was in a party with a friend and we were doing a personal story mission. Just as it was completed and before i got to collect my reward, the game had crashed on me. Upon logging back into the game on that character, in the corner it tells me to read the mail to continue the story. But I didn’t receive any mail, and thus cannot continue. My mailbox isn’t full as i only have one mail in there. Help would be greatly appreciated. Also I already have submitted a ticket a while ago which i didn’t get a reply to yet.

You will receive the mail, and continue your story once your character reaches Level 30, as the next part of the Personal Story is L30.

You can look it up in the Wiki, should you so desire.

It would be helpful to the CS Team, and all others seeking support, if you closed your ticket, stating you no longer need help.

P.S.: And one more… So Anet… isn’t threads like this one some proof which the shinny (to not say dumb) NPE is far from being actually user friendly and helpful? What else can I say….
