Guild Wars 2

Hello.

Upon logging in yesterday to do the Point of No return Living Story, I believe I activated it so I would gain the account unlock for finishing the story. My other guildmates had already run the story and led the party. To the best of my knowledge, I was on the same story step as they and seemed to complete the first portion of the story in the Priory. We continued and finished the story, but upon exiting, I was given no reward chest.

Upon leaving the group, I relogged several times and then left it overnight to try again. Attached is a screenshot of my current progress while I am standing at the contact point, which I cannot see. Currently I have the in-game mail to come to the Silverwastes, but no marker or indicator to enter the instance exists, as shown in my screenshot. To the best of my knowledge, I have finished this chapter but the game has not recognized it for some unknown reason. I’d like the ability to either gain the reward or restart/continue this chapter.

Okay, that reset me to the beginning of the chapter. That kind of sucks, but at least it’s fixed. Thanks.
