Guild Wars 2

I cannot not delete the Member rank in my personal bank guild. Although I can delete and make and do everything else as a guild leader. Just deleting it though it doesn’t let me. Says something about permission is denied.

Do think you need at least 2 ranks in the guild one for the person with full controls and at least 1 other with custom permissions
