Unable to delete ingame character
Can’t delete character on new build

I type in the name, the delete button enables. click on it and …. nothing.
Close the application, open it again, character still there, do the same with the same results.
Since there are no pvp slots in this game, I need to delete characters to try other classes, now I can not.
Same issues. No doubt we will get the canned response to just restart the game or contact support directly and this thread will be closed, like the last one Even though it effects many people they refuse to acknowledge it as a major issue. Seems if it’s not one thing it’s another with this game. It’s wearing thin.

Kgibsonuk, we acknowledge the issue, as it has affected a great number of players but at the same time we see it has been punctual and does not affect now the majority of the player base. Because of that we are providing the following solutions in this thread.

It seems that the problem is already solved and should work. For those of you who have not tried it yet, please, try and let us know if now the deletion is working for you.
