Guild Wars 2

Currently all my characters are unable to do anything. This means not being able to get out of/or in WvW, HoTM, and any other conceivable area outside the zone they were in. They can’t talk to anyone in game, or access any type of chat. This happened when I received my chest of loyalty. What should I do? Did the game glitch all the way out?

You can try restarting the client. You can try a -repair of the client. (Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Search [Repair])

If you continue to have difficulties, you can submit a request to the Tech CS Team, and ask for assistance. (Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Submit a Request)
